About 15 minutes into a ride all the bad stuff melts away as I focus on the road and the breeze and how much the feeds my spirit. Election Spending Out of Control
14 Billion Dollars, that’s the approximate spending on the 2020 elections in the U.S.. I hear on the news daily all the charities struggling financially, poor people getting evicted food banks running out of food. All this as we spend billions on mailers, constant TV commercials and ads of every type. Can we afford another Stimulus package?
I don’t think we can afford to do this again. We are massively in debt and the thought of adding huge additional sums to our liabilities is scary. I worry about how this will be paid at some point, or do we go bankrupt eventually under the weight of this untenable situation.
